It starts with a conversation.
Head shape, growth patterns, cowlicks and how you actually style it in the morning. We section and comb before a single blade touches hair.
The fade, built guard by guard.
From a #4 down to skin, each pass blended by hand and checked in two mirrors. No lines, no shadows, only a seamless gradient.
Scissor-over-comb on top.
Japanese steel shears add texture and weight where you need it, so the cut grows out as well as it looks today.
Hot towel, straight razor.
A steamed towel at 43°C softens the skin, then a fresh single-use blade cuts a line-up you could set a ruler against.
